Millionaire Crimson Forty
Game Mechanics & Rules
Millionaire Crimson Forty revives Trente et Quarante, the Monte Carlo banker game from the 1780s, on a provably fair 6-deck shoe (312 cards) shuffled by SHA-256. Two rows deal in fixed order - Black first, then Red - each drawing until its total reaches 31 or more. The row closer to 31 wins. Red, Black, Color, and Inverse all pay 1:1. Equal rows above 31 push; a double 31 (the refait) loses half the stake and is the only house edge on the main bets (99.03% RTP). Millionaire Mode is a paid $1 Royal Spades side bet that runs alongside the round; it does not reduce your main Crimson Forty payouts.
- Place your main bet on Red, Black, Color, or Inverse. Optionally add side bets: Exact 31, Forty Fever, Long Row.
- Main-table payouts are unchanged.
- The Black row deals first, drawing cards until it reaches 31 or more. Ace = 1, 2-10 face value, J/Q/K = 10.
- The Red row deals the same way. Both rows always finish between 31 and 40.
- The row closer to 31 wins. Color wins when the first card dealt matches the winning row color; Inverse is the opposite.
- Equal totals above 31 push every main bet. A double 31 - the refait - takes half of each main stake.
Bets and Payouts

Millionaire Mode Technical Details
Millionaire Mode is a paid $1 Royal Spades side bet added to every round. Main-table payouts are NOT reduced. Main bets must total at least $1 USD for the side bet to attach.
Each round, the cards dealt for the side bet are checked. The Royal Spades are the six top spades - 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King and Ace of spades. Every distinct Royal Spade among the dealt cards counts as one hit; a repeated rank does not count twice and the Joker never counts.
Paytable per $1 side bet: 6 hits = $1,000,000; 5 hits = $7,250; 4 hits = $350; 3 hits = $25; 2 hits = $2; 0 or 1 hits pay nothing.
The $1,000,000 prize is pre-funded and paid in a single transaction on six hits. Lower tiers pay alongside the round settlement. The Royal Spades result is independent of the main-game outcome.
